You knew there was a good chance of hitting turbulence, and believed the pilot was capable of handling the bumps and jolts, minimizing the impacts on your comfort. A good pilot would regularly get on the intercom, keeping you informed of anticipated conditions and flight progress.

Now, let’s talk about the process of selling your property. There could be the pleasant surprise of reaching your destination faster than anticipated. There is a strong possibility of turbulence. Or, there could be delays.

Understand that as your pilot, no matter what the conditions, you will hear from me on a regular basis, with detailed updates as to the progress of your sale. Know that I will be handling the bumps and jolts, finding solutions, following through to completion each needed inspection and contingency, even if you don’t hear from me that day. 

I will place the property on the Multiple Listing Service with details and numerous professional photos, making it available to the clients of thousands of real estate brokers. Color flyers will be prepared and distributed to a network of agents and their spheres of influence.

Your property will be advertised and linked to a wide variety of search engines and websites, and sent multiple websites.

Virtual tours will be created and linked to all of our advertising, and will contain photos and YouTube videos.

I have a team of realtors that work with me, and we all live and breathe real estate. Your home will be discussed at our weekly meetings, often prompting a realtor to remember a buyer that may be interested. You will also have regular updates and feedbacks on our progress, and concentrated consistent sales efforts.

Most critical is the follow through and attention to detail once an offer has been accepted. I work diligently to keep the purchase in contract, helping to find solutions to any glitches that may arise. The most important thing to remember is that wherever I go, and whomever I talk to, people will know your property is for sale, and will be asked whom they know that wants to buy it.
